Manufacturer's warranty

1. The manufacturer's (Bikel.pl) products are guaranteed to work properly for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. We include here:

• MPe motherboard

• MiniOled display

• MaxiColor 850C display (purchased in our store)

• PowerPCB 90A, 180A and 200A

• MPeBT module

• simplified and universal programmer

• motherboard socket extension MPe

2. The defects revealed during this time will be removed free of charge within 14 working days. The time is counted from the date of delivery to the contact address of bikel.pl company.

3. The condition for granting the warranty is that the user has read the user manual and used the equipment in accordance with those instructions.

4. The warranty does not apply in the case of:

• tampering with the device

• mechanical or chemical damage

• use in a way not provided for in user manual

• connection other than described in the user manual, shown in diagrams attached to the user manual

5. A warranty repair is understood as the performance by the service facility of a specialist activity appropriate to the removal of a defect covered by the warranty. The warranty repair does not cover the activities provided for in the manual, which the user is obliged to perform on his own and at his own expense, e.g. installation, operation check, device configuration, etc.

6. Before sending the device for warranty repair, please contact us by phone or via the contact form (go to the form) and declare your willingness to send the equipment for repair.
